There is a lot of fun to be had, as well as a lot of practical work (if you want to)....this is indeed our 'green gym'. At the moment we are currently building 'huglebeds' and clearing brambles to give the plants hiding under them a chance to flourish. A greenhouse is almost finished and very soon we will also look at taking plant cuttings in order to grow them in the comfortable shade of the greenhouse over the Winter.
For those who do not speak Welsh, or who are learning, we offer an easy going quarter of an hour before the session to look at patterns or vocabulary relevant to the day's session. Otherwise I'm sure we will all have the opportunity to learn more about wild plants and their use, as we share information with each other under the guidance of Catrin Roberts.
You are very welcome to come and help, learn, relax in a small silent retreat, have a chat and get on with it, whatever, you are welcome.
